All Sliding door systems can be designed to accommodate any required wind load in the open, closed, and partially open position. The standard wind load consideration for a multiple leaf sliding door system is 80 mph, Condition C, with a seismic consideration of 4. This type of door system allows for independent door movement of each panel (if desired), and a maximum use of building space.
